Surrounded by the serene beauty of the countryside, Jacob’s Farm provides an atmosphere that fosters creativity, collaboration, and connection. With our attentive staff, customizable setups, and on-site catering, we ensure your event runs seamlessly.
Venue Rentals start at:
- $500 per hour (3-hour minimum)
- $500 catering minimum
- A range of bar options with optional private bartenders at $50 per hour
Centennial Barn
Our go-to space for smaller events, this charming venue can still host up to 125 guests and was the first part of the property to undergo significant renovations. Once a wedding space, this spot is now more commonly used for private parties and intimate dinners. With a large furnished balcony that overlooks our beer garden and live music offering, this VIP event center sits above our public area whilst benefiting from the lively ambience below.
Fully kitted out with audio and projector capabilities, we've already hosted some of Traverse City's most notable companies, making us one of the town's most sought-after private spaces.
Orchard View
The big new barn on the hill is THE destination for large-scale events in Northern Michigan, and can host up to 200 seated guests with far more in our interactive green spaces directly outside. This light, airy space is extremely versatile and can bring Farm-Chic to any gathering. This space also boasts private parking for up to 100 vehicles.
